Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

ICU Nursing Resource - Required
This is a floating position throughout Auburn (or possibly Covington) to any ICU level patient or below; majority of time (75%) will be spent with PCU level patients in ED overflow
Shift & Schedule: Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend
Required Skill: Cardiac rhythm interpretation and telemetry monitoring, vent/trachs and bipap management, invasive line management, ostomy, general drains, chest tubes, IV medication titration; may act as “lead” in ED holding
Patient Types: Respiratory failure, ESRD, AKI, COPD, GI bleeds, DKA, sepsis, general post-op patients, CVA’s, ETOH, overdose; NO craniotomies, major traumas, or major cardiothoracic
Equipment Used on Unit: Alaris (IV Pumps)
Special Requirement: If you have a multistate license, you will be required to complete a 1-time 6-hour suicide prevention training according to WA state regulations.
Unit Detail: 16 ICU Beds
7 days maximum time off
2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - 1 required for submission
