Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
• ASN completion required
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license (required for submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >40 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
No Block Scheduling requests
Every other weekend and holidays as scheduled are required.
Failed fit tests due to facial hair and the inability to shave automatically disqualifies clinician from proceeding.
Every Other Weekend Required.
Holidays- At least one per season.
No on Call.
1-2 years of recent L&D experience Required.
Mother/Baby and or Nursery Experience- Preferred.
This is a LDPR (Labor/Delivery, Postpartum Recovery) Unit- both mother/baby and L&D on the same unit
Patient Ratio: Varies everyday based on type of patients caring for. - Mother/Baby- 1:3-4 - Labor Patient- 1:2 Must be highly reliable and be available to work all days other then those that were pre-disclosed prior to offer.
Must not have alternative jobs that would interfere with HMH schedule being a priority.
Preferred Education: BSN Preferred.
1+ year of experience in related specialty Required
7 days maximum time off
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
