Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 9 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 12 months.
• 3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.
This is an “Auto Offer” position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be facilitated upon request. This request should be made upon submission.
Technology Used on Unit: - Documentation system: Expanse as of 7/10
Shift & Scheduling: - Scheduling requirements: Every other weekend.
Floating Requirements: Floating policy: C/L floats first to care for similar patient population.
Required Skills/Experience: - Patient Experience requirements: Must meet patient needs timely, professionally, and with empathy. Any deviations from the highest level of nursing care will not be accepted.
10 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required
Certifications:
• IV Therapy Certification (Intravenous Therapy Certification)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
