COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Pediatrics (PEDS)
- Up to $300K base salary + 20% production bonus, yields up to $350K in total compensation
- $10,000 Signing bonus
- Benefits - 50% of health care premium paid-for by employer, 30 days PTO, $2,000 CME allowance, and 4% retirement-match

- A state of the art, private pediatrics practice
- Fast-paced energetic set-up offering quality care and fun environment for kids
- Addition to the acute care side, practice also offers the only exclusively “Well-Care” building in the state of AL
- Monday-Thursday, half Day Friday schedule
- Full support from 5 nurse practitioners and other support staff.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Pediatrics (PEDS)
- New PEDS providers out of residency and experienced providers welcome to apply
- Board-certified / board-eligible status preferred
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and provide quality patient care
