What You’ll Do:
Partner with individuals and staff to observe, identify, analyze, and document behavioral challenges.
Conduct functional behavioral assessments to understand individual needs.
Develop, implement, and monitor behavior analysis service plans.
Design tailored treatment plans to support each person’s growth and success.
Use creativity and training to find solutions for complex challenges across home, work, and community settings.
Train and guide team members to effectively implement behavior plans.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience working with special populations in crisis intervention, staff training, and development.
Experience conducting behavior analysis research in applied settings (preferred).
Board Certification (preferred).
Valid driver’s license, current registration, and insurance.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Reliable, responsible, and compassionate with a strong commitment to quality care.
