Overview: Aveanna Education Services (AES) is seeking Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to lead an ABA-based early intervention clinic/classroom being run by the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU). Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assessment and Individualized Treatment Planning
  • Initial Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments using tools such as the VB-MAPP (Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment and Placement Program).
  • Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP): Develop customized plans for each child based on assessment results, addressing specific needs, goals, and strengths. Review and update these plans quarterly.

  • Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA): Implement evidence-based interventions such as Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Natural Environment Training (NET), and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT).

The Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) is seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join our ABA-based clinics within schools. The BHT will work one-on-one with students aged 3-5, implementing individualized instructional and behavioral strategies. This role is crucial in supporting the direct implementation of each student's Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP) and ensuring their progress and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Direct Implementation of ITPs
  • Work one-on-one with students to implement instructional and behavioral strategies outlined in their Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs).
