Daily Instruments is seeking an experienced Shipping Clerk to join our rapidly growing manufacturing team. This position will assist with shipping duties for all company needs, as well as distribution of inbound packages. Shipping Clerks are responsible for working in a cohesive team environment to ensure all shipments (domestic & international) are shipped in compliance with customer requirements. The successful Shipping Clerk will ensure that assigned tasks are completed safely, in strict compliance with ISO & QA requirements, and in a timely basis to meet shipping requirements. This is a Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt production shop position.
Carry out assembly day-to-day work instructions to ensure accurate and timely shipments. Read and understand shipping instructions. Work with various couriers/carriers (domestic and international). Build crates, pallets, or skids and box and package orders to eliminate damage of shipment. Receiving inbound shipments of all incoming parts, materials and components. Enter received data into computer system to maintain accurate inventory records. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

We’re rapidly expanding and we need great people to join our team.The Echo Ultrasound Technician performs diagnostic sonography examinations utilizing ultrasonic equipment in various modes and techniques to locate, evaluate and record pertinent anatomical, pathological and functional data.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs diagnostic procedures applying prescribed and proper methods of ultrasound techniques.Generates and produce diagnostic imaging using two-dimensional imaging, spectral and color flow Doppler as well as any other available imaging techniques.Echocardiography/Cardiac UltrasoundVascular UltrasoundGeneral UltrasoundSelects proper transducer and adjustment of equipment according to the needs required for proper diagnostic testing (subject organ(s) to be examined, depth of field, etc.) along with other requirements for proper and productive testing.Explains the procedures to patients and address their concerns.Keys test data and patient information into computer to maintain record of test results.Generates detailed preliminary reports of findings.Communicates STAT findings as detailed in organizational processes.Consents patients as needed and ensures documents are transferred to patient’s medical records.Assists physician with ultrasound guided biopsies and/or invasive procedures.Maintains equipment according to manufacturer’s requirements and industry standards, at least once a month.Monitors, records and communicates as appropriate the utilization of computerized documentation systems.Utilizes knowledge of age specific needs of patient in performance of duties and responsibilities.Influences and create SOPs for Ultrasound best practices.Provides a safe environment for administering contrast material.Assists with transporting patients to and from room.Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.Travels to different office locations as needed.Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Customer service abilities including effective listening skillsCritical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environmentAbility and willingness to travel outside of assigned market up to 30% of the timeAbility to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 poundsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:Graduate of an accredited school in Ultrasound Technology requiredBachelor’s degree in healthcare related field preferredA minimum of 6 months of related work experience post internship/externship requiredA minimum of 2 years of experience post internship/externship preferred Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) required to perform Echo cardiogramsMust be registered in specific ultrasound modality they perform, e.g., vascular, generalBasic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AMA) or American Red Cross required w/in first 90 days of employmentWe’re ChenMed and we’re transforming healthcare for seniors and changing America’s healthcare for the better.
