Experience, Skills, and Education Requirements:
- College degree desired (Bachelor or Associate).
- Experience with managing and leading people.

The primary goal of the Adjunct Project Manager is to assist the Project Managers in maximizing the effectiveness and efficiency by which the company employs its resources in support of our client base.
This is a full time salaried position. Normal business hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. The incumbent will be expected to make themselves reasonably accessible by e-mail and voice communications during off-duty hours, and will also occasionally be required to perform their duties before or after normal business hours.
In order to become familiar with the business’ existing structure and operations, an initial period of corporate indoctrination is required. This period of familiarization will last approximately thirty days, and will include inter/intra departmental training, as well as time in a field training environment. Out of office travel will be very limited, and less than 10% of the time.
