Airrosti is a healthcare group committed to resolving pain and fixing functional injuries through exceptional, outcome-based musculoskeletal (MSK) care. Pain impacts a patient's ability to sleep, exercise, give 100% to their job, or participate in sports or other activities they love. Airrosti's goal is to give each patient their life back by resolving their case as completely as possible and as quickly as possible. We seek Providers with a track-record that demonstrates that positively impacting lives is part of their DNA.
Each patient receives a full hour of one-on-one care. This ensures our Providers have time to accurately assess and diagnose the injury, provide focused care, and resolve the source of pain through highly targeted manual therapy (hands on soft tissue mobilization) and customized active exercises. By finding the root of the pain, our Providers can resolve most injuries in an average of 3.2 visits, based on patient-reported outcomes.
Driven by data that includes over 2.1 million MSK episodes, Airrosti has the best reimbursement and collection rates in the industry. With direct access to patients and custom negotiated carrier contracts, our Providers can afford the necessary time to resolve patient conditions fully while getting paid accordingly. Our highly effective and efficient care has resulted in many strong collaborative partnerships with major employers, universities, professional and collegiate athletic organizations, physicians, and health/hospital systems (feel free to ask for details on these partnerships).
Airrosti has over 200 practice locations across IL, OH, TX, VA, and WA. We train each Provider in an empowering, collaborative environment designed to help maximize their ability to positively impact patients' lives. Airrosti is united by our exceptional company culture and have been voted one of the 'Best Places to Work' in the State of Texas by Texas Monthly magazine for the last five years.
As an Airrosti Provider, you’ll be responsible for the evaluation, ongoing assessment, treatment, and management of patients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions through the use of an evidence based approach. You’ll have responsibility for the daily management of your practice environment and supervision of designated support staff. In addition to providing manual therapy, you’ll be responsible for the instruction of all therapeutic exercise protocols, application of modalities and functional taping within the Airrosti treatment model.
We hire and train the best of the best. Our Airrosti Providers are well-trained, well-accompanied and well-supported from beginning to end. Our providers receive six weeks of in-depth paid training at our Support Center in San Antonio prior to practicing at Airrosti, as well as extensive ongoing training, support, mentorship, and career growth opportunities.
As an Airrosti Provider, you’ll have the best of both worlds. You’ll have the opportunity to be independent. You’ll manage your own practice, and your efforts will be rewarded for the work you put in. However, unlike traditional practice ownership, you will not be alone. In fact, you’ll have an entire support system fully dedicated to your success.
Not only do we strive to provide the best compensation and benefits package in the industry, but we are fully committed to your growth and future success. We support your growth through consistent ongoing training and professional development courses.
