Now Hiring Maintenance Technicians


  • Position within a manufacturing environment.
  • Focus on supporting the preventative maintenance process including lubrication and inspection, general maintenance tasks, such as but not necessarily limited to assembly and disassembly of components, problem troubleshooting and correction.
  • Support all production equipment and physical plant equipment in the facility.
  • Complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatics and some PLC maintenance tasks in a safe, efficient manner, which supports the continuous improvement process within the facility.
  • Must have the ability to read and follow equipment manufacturer’s manuals, schemes, blueprints, diagrams, circuits, specification for gears, etc.
  • Adjust and calibrate equipment.
  • Complex diagnosis, plan and repair activities with detailed working procedures. Determine materials, replacement parts, and tools/parts needed to proceed with logical approach to repairs, maintenance and rebuilds.
  • Set-up, adjust, calibrate, and operate equipment, perform layout and bench work, inspect, dismantle, repair, rebuild, assemble, install and lubricate machinery and mechanical equipment throughout the manufacturing facility.
  • Inspect for defects, misalignment, wear, insufficient lubrication and determine best process for making repairs with limited interruption to production.
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical problems such as motor starters, VFD, PLC, and take initiative to correct
  • Installations, machine modifications, disassembles.
  • Maintain and perform preventative maintenance on machines within plant facility.
  • Assists in maintaining building needs (heating and cooling systems)
  • Disassemble, move and/or relocate existing equipment and install new equipment.
  • Provide for safe disposal of all toxic materials and supplies.
  • Maintain tools and work area in a safe, neat and secure manner.
  • Maintain daily work logs and update equipment and component records.
  • Maintain preventative maintenance and lubrication schedules.
  • Incorporates and maintains safety observances, including but not limited to, use of all PPE, ensuring guards and safety features are working, and promoting good safety practices and habits.
  • May test machines and/or production equipment as instructed to ensure customer needs are met.
  • May train others on preventative maintenance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.




  • High School Diploma, or GED required;



  • 5+ years experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Maintenance experience required: 1 year (Preferred)


Knowledge and Skills:

  • Electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatic skills. Basic understanding of electrical and preventative maintenance process.
  • Ability to operate machines and hand-tools relevant to a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems and take initiative to correct or seek immediate assistance.
  • Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment.
  • Ability to read and follow equipment manufacturer’s manuals, schemes, blueprints, diagrams, circuits, specification for gears, etc.
