Production Processors needed for on shore plant in Dutch Harbor Alaska and Unalaska to begin work the first week of January 2018

$9.80 per regular hour and $14.70 per hour overtime after 8 hours.


Up to 1500 hour employment agreement!


FREE Transportation from Seattle to Dutch Harbor and back, upon completion of labor agreement.

$15/day Room & board including laundry and housekeeping service. 1/3 of which will be refunded upon work contract completion, up to $5/day

Production employees process raw product that is delivered from fishing vessels.

Processors can be assigned to various positions within the production department including, but not limited to, butchering, sorting, filleting, and case-up. Processors are also required to participate in plant clean-up, and other duties as assigned.


  • Must be at least 18 years of age, and must pass a post-offer drug screen and physical.
  • Processors must be able to stand and work for long hours in an often wet and cold environment.
  • Shifts will vary depending on fish, and processors must be prepared to work 7 days a week for up to 18 hours per day.
  • There may also be periods of time when there are few or no hours of work.
  • Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must have a basic understanding of English, including the ability to follow written or oral instructions.
  • Must be able to climb stairs, and stand and walk on uneven and slippery surfaces.
  • Must be willing to work any shift, including nights.
  • Processing employees must be able to walk quickly to designated areas in the event of an emergency, and must be able to follow emergency instructions.
  • All WSI employees must be willing to work and live in a multi-cultural environment.



This position requires the candidate have the ability to perform the physical requirements including; standing in place for long periods of time; repetitive motions using hands, arms, legs and back; regularly lift and move 50 lbs; frequent rotations and twisting at waist; frequent climbing and descending of stairs; working long hours in cold/wet environments (12+ hours per day, 7 days a week); and prompt and regular attendance.
