  • Manage the ordering of office supplies, facilities assistance and building management work orders
  • Assist in the maintenance the performance management and improvement systems
  • Provide assistance to administrative assistants with typing correspondence, formatting documents and paging reports
    Provide administrative assistance on calendar management, outgoing e-mail correspondence, meeting coordination for conference rooms and hotel reservations
  • Provide clerical / administrative support and perform special projects as assigned by Manager
  • Work with Manager to ensure all equipment such as fax machines, copiers, telephones, work order requests, shred it bins, etc., are maintained
  • Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing the work
