Responsibilities for this Recruiter job include:

  • Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates to meet various department demands.
  • Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for various positions within the organization
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Meet with managers to discuss staffing needs.
  • Sourcing a wide variety of candidates utilizing cold calling passive candidates, networking and job postings
  • Utilizing LinkedIn, Google and Boolean search methods to source top talent
  • High volume hourly recruiting, specifically targeting skill trade
  • Communicate with hiring managers, report on the status of the current open positions
  • Create engaging job postings to attract top talent

  • Minimum 4+ years in Corporate Recruiting
  • Must be able to work high volume of Requisitions.
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner.
