The Manager of Operations is primarily responsible for supervising and evaluating all supply distribution functions for an assigned facility or facilities within CHI’s system.
Responsible for managing appropriate inventory levels, supply expense, distribution, shipping, receiving, and stocking of medical supplies of a given facility/facilities and providing stewardship of contract compliance.
Manager prepares and submits facility budget and ensures operations do not exceed budget.
Additional responsibilities include training, coaching, and professionally developing subordinates and serving as the liaison between given facility/facilities and division supply chain leadership.
