The Social Events Coordinator is responsible for the Houstonian Club events. This will include creating events, booking musicians and talent, ordering and staging decorations, coordinating staff and banquet servers and attending each event.
This position requires excellent communication skills in writing, proof reading and speaking, organizational skills and experience with project management.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating food for events, planning event layouts
- Assist Graphic Media Coordinator with design of promotional material
- Coordinate event logistics and timelines and manage correspondence.
