JOB DESCRIPTION:

ARS-Rescue Rooter® Network, Unique to our field, we provide plumbing, heating, and air conditioning expertise through 76 locations in 26 States united by a commitment to professional excellence.

 

We are growing and we are in search of an awesome Recruiter with an exceptional Sales background to assist us in achieving our much needed staffing levels for residential and commercial Plumbers, Electricians, HVAC Technicians and other skill trades.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establishes recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools and methods
  • Evaluate candidates' strengths compared with hiring managers' requirements through evaluation and screening.
  • Develops a pool of qualified candidates.
  • Uses internet sourcing and employee referral program leads to recruit candidates.
  • Proposes approaches to alternative sources of applicants to fill open positions.
  • Posts positions to appropriate sources, internally and externally.
  • Resume mining
  • Assist Human Resources Department, as needed.

 

The ideal candidate must be comfortable in recruiting for light industrial/skill trades. The job will require occasional traveling to other service centers in Dallas- FT Worth, Austin and San Antonio.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 to 4 years as a Recruiter or Human Resources Generalist with strong emphasis on sales and recruiting.
  • Knowledge of Federal and Multi-State employment laws, with extra focus on recruitment and employment practices and Equal Employment Opportunity regulations and guidelines.
  • Ability to collaborate with business partners on a regular basis.
  • Experience recruiting for residential/commercial Plumbers and HVAC Technicians is preferred.  Ability to think outside the box and successfully meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Computer literate utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus excels pivot tables.
