JOB DESCRIPTION:

Basic hardware and software troubleshooting.

 

Must be able to communicate technical issues with Users using non-technical language. Answer Helpdesk phone requests from users for support. Create and monitor Helpdesk tickets in Community Manager (Helpdesk ticketing system)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION LEVEL:

Associates’ Degree

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/CERTICATIONS/LICENSES:

  • Advance hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Basic Active Directory security (change password, enable/disable, etc.)
  • Basic network troubleshooting, Active Directory (basic) experience.
  • RF & Barcode basic equipment support.

 

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/CERTICATIONS/LICENSES:

  • Knowledge of Community Manager ticketing system.
  • Knowledge of CRM application.
  • Knowledge of Windows 7 operating system and MS Office application.
  • Dell Certification

 

EQUIPMENT & TOOLS USED/WORKING CONDITIONS:

Applicant should be able to work in an office and plant environment. Be able to lift 30 pounds (pc/printer equipment)
