JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Purpose

 

To process a large volume of customer and homebuyers service and warranty requests while providing the highest quality level of customer service.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Schedules inspections with homeowners, assessing routine warranty claims, and following all service requests through to completion.
  • Will need to process service and warranty requests to determine whether an inspection will need to be scheduled as well as a service.
  • Providing support to customers and homeowners via phone and email for the range of services and products our company provides.
  • Construct custom quotes for services and request the necessary purchase orders from the customer.
  • Will need to follow up with the builders on requested purchase orders prior to the scheduling of billable services.
  • Will require working knowledge of all of the products that Wisenbaker installs, including but not limited to how they are installed and what repairs are needed to resolve the issue.
  • Will require working knowledge of all invoicing and purchase order processes and contacts for all Wisenbaker customers.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails to provide help desk type support for our customers and homeowners.
  • Maintains positive customer and homeowner relations and provides customers and homeowners with knowledgeable, timely, and professional service.
  • Effectively participates as part of the team, assisting where appropriate and requesting assistance when needed.
