Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in warehouse setting preferred.
- Previous Supervisor experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Current forklift certification.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with team leader, team members, customers, and clients.
- Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude and a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer), and adequate distance to guide the parking and operating of forklift.
- Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
- Skill of operation monitoring, watching indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
- Ability to work under general supervision and/or independently.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

Ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, push and pull.

Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Specific vision abilities including close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Work environment includes exposure to outdoor temperatures and moderate noise levels.
Training and Experience:
- Certified Forklift operator.
- Six months of experience as a Supervisor, or equivalent work experience required.
- Proficiency in Salvage tracking & reporting.
- Safety certifications preferred
- Knowledgeable in all loading techniques for all salvage load types.
Balanced Scorecard/Key Performance Indicators:
- Retention improved / Turnover reduced (90 days and annual retention)
- Processes, systems, planning and reporting documentation produced and maintained
- Project deliverables completed as assigned
- Customer feedback / surveys
- Sales to revenue, payroll percent and production standards
