We are looking for Restaurant Managers to lead all aspects of our business and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service in our chef inspired and wine centric restaurant. This is an opportunity for you to have a quality life balance and create long-term wealth in this growing concept.
To be successful in this role, you will need management skills and experience in both front and back of the house. You will interact with customers and balance seating capacity as well as hiring for service staff. You will set work schedules, oversee food quality and assure that we comply with health and safety restaurant regulations.
Responsibilities include helping to grow the restaurant’s top line sales, profitability and quality goals.
You will ensure efficient restaurant operations, as well as maintain productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
Able to provide feedback to staff to improve performance and help implement policies and procedures to maintain superior restaurant operations.
