Experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role in a business of similar size and complexity -OR-
- Minimum of 5 years general administration experience with demonstrated computer and database skills
Education, Training, Licenses and/or Certifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university preferred
Minimum Requirements for this position
- Capable of understanding areas of responsibilities, knowledge of procedures and processes for handling assigned tasks
- Electronic Document Control Program software experience
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite Products, Excel and Word and must be able to type at least 50 words per minute
- Familiar with search criteria within a database context
- Ability to gather and analyze data, confirming its accuracy and adequacy as an integral part of the collective analysis process
- Physically capable of lifting and handling boxes of documents weighing up to 50 pounds
- Physically capable of being transported to an offshore rig by boat or helicopter

- Able to maintain regular and acceptable attendance
- Available and willing to travel to such locations and with such frequency as determined necessary to meet business needs
- PC proficiency required - competency with Microsoft Office Software suite version 2007 or greater
