As an OTG PM Cook II you will assist in overnight coverage and preparation for selected opening restaurants according to OTG specifications. All dishes must be prepared in a timely manner while maintaining the safety, sanitation, and security of the kitchen and equipment. The exact work location will be assigned by Terminal management in either a restaurant unit or group of units. Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining, setting up, producing food, and controlling quality and quantity of all food items prepared in the station according to OTG specifications and restaurant directions Be able to prepare all the menu items on each station, know how to prepare the station for service, and know how to make all components on the station Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment Ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional Knowledge of operating all kitchen equipment (i.e. stoves, ovens, broilers, slicers, steamers, kettles, etc.) Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and work toward the goal of customer satisfaction Other duties as assigned

Cut, trim, or drill scaffold components for fit using hand and power tools. Verify vertical and horizontal alignment of scaffold components using plumb bob, level, or other instruments. Tear down scaffolding Select gear, such as cables, pulleys, and winches, according to load weight and size, facilities, and work schedule. Assemble and install supporting structures, rigging, hoists, and pulling gear, using hand and power tools. Attach load to rigging, to provide support or prepare for moving, using hand and power tools. Manipulate rigging lines, hoists, and pulling gear, to move or support materials, such as heavy equipment, ships Test rigging, to ensure safety and reliability. Modify, clean, and maintain scaffolding systems, units, fittings, and related machines and equipment, following specifications and using hand and power tools. Plan scaffold system layout, installation, or repair according to specifications. Select scaffold component sizes and types and related materials, such as supports, hangers, and hydraulic cylinders, according to specifications.

POSITION SUMMARY:  The position is a critical piece of our exciting and people-oriented company which delivers high-quality technical services to residential customers in the market.  Includes installing broadband services (cable/internet/telephone). ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Fits, wraps, or attaches insulating materials to structures of surfaces, using hand tools or wires, following blueprint specifications. Fills blower hopper with insulating materials. Covers, seals or finishes insulated surfaces or access holes with plastic covers, canvas ships, sealant, tape, cement or asphalt mastic. Reads blueprints and selects appropriate insulation, based on the heat retaining or excluding characteristics of the material. Measures and cuts insulation for covering surfaces, using tape measure, handsaw, knife or scissors. Moves controls, buttons, or levers to start blower and regulate flow of materials through nozzle. Prepare surfaces for insulation application by brushing or spreading on adhesives, cement, or asphalt or attaching metal pins to surfaces. Evenly distributes insulating materials into small spaces within floors, ceilings, or walls, using blower and hose attachments or cement mortar.
