Our company is looking to hire experienced Maintenance Supervisors. 7-10 Years Experience a MUST! We need well rounded candidates with BOTH electrical and mechanical experience.

We need your electrical and mechanical expertise to ensure top-level operation of vital mechanical equipment. The Maintenance Supervisor will also be responsible for the leading projects associated directly with maintenance productivity increase and cost savings. Primary responsibilities include coordinating the maintenance team to ensure the repair and maintenance of all equipment at the facility and the maintenance supervisor will train, hire and develop the team on systems and equipment implementation.

Work Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-10 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in food/ beverage industry preferred, but not required
  • Requiring knowledge of NH3 refrigeration, plumbing, boilers, chillers, PLS’s, industrial electrical/mechanical systems and maintenance, including automated manufacturing process controls and equipment
  • An innovative self-starter with demonstrated team-building skills along with the capabilities to manage/lead othersWorking knowledge of FDA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), sanitation processes/procedures and HACCP
  • Knowledge of Process Safety Management, P.N.I.D.’s, and PM's.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safely rules, process and procedures, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Excellent technical skills
  • Capability to schedule, organize and control complex projects
  • Demonstrated mechanical and spatial aptitude, including the ability to disassemble and reassemble equipment
  • Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel or other spreadsheet software, and Microsoft office applications

 

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required
