Monitors, troubleshoots and maintains mobile devices and the device management systems for stores and corporate office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintains inventory of devices, provides systems administration and performs routine audits in the Mobile Device Management (MDM) cloud environment
Provides telephone, email, or in person support for all mobile device
Work with vendors to support the MDM solution and Microsoft Office 365
Enforces McCoy’s mobile device policies and procedures, in the MDM environment.
Provides support for deploying any supported applications using the MDM solution
Responds to assigned requests in a timely manner.
Provides 3rd level support for Corporate and Store hardware
Provides technical input for required technical information and updates
Contributes to a clean and safe work environment
Follows Standard Operating Procedures while carrying out the responsibilities of position
Attends and participates in all department meetings and company-sponsored management programs as required
This job has no supervisory responsibilities
Two years certificate from college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write detailed correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
Ability to communicate effectively in a potentially stressful environment
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
Ability to utilize Word, Excel and other computer applications
Ability to comprehend and document issues and their resolutions
Experience in Microsoft Office 365/Intune
Experience in PowerShell and SQL Scripting
Working knowledge in managing iOS, Android and Windows OS devices
Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance, at such level as is determined by management
Must be regularly available and willing to work at least 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week or such other hours per day or hours per week as the employer determines are necessary or desirable to meet business needs
Must be available and willing to work such weekends and holidays as the employer determines are necessary or desirable to meet its business needs
This position requires frequent travel with overnight stays
Must meet driver’s license requirements as required by the Company
Must be able to legally obtain a rental vehicle in all states in which the company does business
Must have current auto liability insurance
