• Renovation / exterior siding experience (minimum of 5 years of experience)
• Renovations, exterior doors, siding, fascia and painting, texture and many other home needs.
• 5+ years of experience in Renovations/Remodel (Preferably Residential)
• Proof of Liability Insurance (coverage must be a minimum of $2,000,000)
• Proof of vehicle insurance (coverage must be a minimum of $1,000,000)
• Valid Texas Driver's license with a good driving record (No DWI's within the past 5 years)
• Clean criminal background (no felonies within the past 7 years)
