The Retail Manager will be required to meet all operational, marketing, and labor management objectives. The Retail Manager is responsible for the recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of all station/store team members and must be willing to lead with a positive and outstanding customer service attitude. They will be responsible for coordinating work schedules and assigning daily tasks lists while properly executing and complying with all Company policies, rules, and procedures. The Retail Manager will be held accountable for daily reporting, money deposits, inventory control, and implementing and maintaining a safe working environment for all customers and team members.
