College graduate in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or similar undergraduate or graduate degrees strongly preferred with minimum 2 years’ hands on experience in similar a role. Ability to troubleshoot IT related issues (PC, printer, network, wireless network, Smartphone, Audio/Visual). Must have aptitude to make resolve problems quickly and effectively, be flexible to perform simultaneous job functions, prioritize work in stressful situations, excellent communication skills, well organized and detail oriented. Because of the vast levels of support throughout the organization, must maintain confidentiality where appropriate.
Required: Hardware support: desktop / laptops computers, computer peripherals, printers /
scanners and working knowledge of MS Office and MS Windows.
Desired: CompTIA A+ certification. Experience conference room audio video equipment.
Hands-on experience with the latest versions of the following technologies; VMWare, Office
365, VEEAM, Microsoft SQL, ConnectWise, Dell Hardware, Ubiquiti Unifi, and Active
