The In-Home Custom Window Installer travels to a customer’s home and installs custom made soft and hard window and other related custom home products in a timely, complete, safe and clean manner to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sets the standard of customer service and ensures it is attained by all In-Home Custom Window associates by following established techniques for developing rapport with customers in person and over the phone
- Contacts customers to notify if going to be late for the appointmen
- Contacts decorator if the customer has questions regarding her order to resolve quickly
- Works with decorators and dispatchers to ensure proper procedures are followed to resolve customer service issues
Customer Experience: You do whatever you can to make the customer experience great. Provide a first class experience for every customer by being on time, treating the customers home with respect, and being professional.
Installs Custom Made Window Treatments: You install all types of window treatments based on the consultants previous measurements and to the customers exact specifications.
Educate customers: Demonstrate knowledge of JCPenney In-Home Custom Window Coverings products, providing customer with use and care details on how to operate their newly installed treatments.
Maintains a Safe & Friendly Work Environment: You know how important it is to maintain a safe and clean work environment for the company and the customer. Your workspace is immaculate and all company tools and resources are kept in pristine condition. In addition, ensure clean up of all trash and dirt when installation is complete in the customers home.
