This critical position is responsible for driving the Company's services through daily communication with assigned clients, daily management of contractors and employees.  Daily planning, scheduling, dispatching and monitoring special service request, scheduling preventive equipment maintenance, ensuring accurate and timely contractors’ payment for services performed, and any other duties determined by Director of Field Operation (DFO) or Superior.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to aim at perfection.

  • Ability to follow-up with multiple stakeholders and complete given tasks and deliverables.

  • Use a need-based operational methodology to achieve goals and position for long-term results, by managing consultatively, building trust, identifying and developing leads, setting appointments, conducting account research, leading customer calls, and creating relationships that lead to retaining and returning business customers for the company.

  • Business & Industry Knowledge: Use existing knowledge of the service industry and specific dynamics of the building and facilities assigned, understand human capital, and use economic and financial data to understand potential clients' businesses.

  • Company & Solution Knowledge: Understand the Company and its people, processes, and solutions; exemplify our vision and values, describe our services and solutions, and optimize our resources and technology as tools to drive good business.


Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Two-year college degree preferred but not required.

  • Five (5) plus years of management supervisory experience.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Mathematical competency.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Excellent “people"/personal skills.

  • Internal customer service-focus skills.

  • Solid self-organizational skills.

  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, power point)

  • Detailed and ability/desire to follow detailed instructions.

  • Ability to meet frequent and short deadlines.
