Education & Training Requirements
- High School Degree or GED equivalent
Work Experience Requirements
- Evidence of “business to customer” relationship building skills.
- Experience in customer service and handling of difficult personalities and situations.

- Frequently required to stand and run; occasionally required to sit.

- Normal memory, taking into consideration the amount and type of information.
- Moderate level of complexity for decision making.
- Normal time pressure of decision making.
- Working in cold, heat, humidity and possible other various weather conditions.
- Frequently required to use computers, cellular phones, two way radios etc…

Work Environment
- Splits time between outside and inside of facility and exposed to Houston weather. Dress accordingly.
