Qualifications include:
- High school diploma
- 1-year experience in a high volume contact center or 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- Critical thinking skills
Preferences include:
- 2 years contact center or customer service experience with PC experience and knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Insurance knowledge of HMOs, PPOs, POS EPOs and indemnity plans
- Ability to fluently speak, write and understand both the English and Spanish language
