JOB DESCRIPTION:

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop new methodologies for using data and analytical tools to support the continuous improvement of the business
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision making of senior management by extracting and synthesizing data
  • Develop forecasting models to predict future business results
  • Create Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), dashboard and reports in the business system to help drive performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop systems and processes to support corporate growth initiatives
  • Exposure to a variety of departments and leaders within the ISCO business for future career opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics or equivalent
  • Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) preferred
  • Advanced abilities working with Microsoft Excel or other data analytic software
  • Must work well in a team environment, flexible and work in fast paced high pressure environment.
