Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree
Prior experience in project management and planning high profile events
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office and Blackbaud Raiser's edge
Strong verbal and written communication skills, customer service skills and problem-solving skills.
Resourceful, detail oriented, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all participants, donors, volunteers, staff and other individuals outside of Goodwill.
Able to set goals and complete duties and assignments under pressure of deadlines.
Have a working knowledge of grammar usage, letter writing skills and proofreading.
Maintain high level of confidentiality associated with donor information, personnel and others areas of the department.
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and able to multi-task
Must be able to work independently and within a larger team and able to communicate concisely work in progress and the status of projects.
