The Management Development Program is a fast-track to becoming a leader in a growing multi-billion dollar company where you will directly impact our customers and business.

 

During your tenure in the program you will be trained and rotated through each level of claims to learn the fundamentals of claim handling and investigation. A program coordinator will facilitate your professional and personal development in becoming an impactful leader that stands out amongst others through leadership workshops and skill building sessions. You will also be provided with a mentor from our highly successful management team that will help guide your career and support your professional development.

 

You will be given multiple opportunities to work on an array of business projects that will have you analyzing critical data and trends and presenting solutions to all levels of management. By the end of your time in the Management Development Program you will have all the necessary tools and skills to lead one of our diverse teams that account for $21 million dollars annually

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for people with results they are proud of, such as:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or a related field
  • At least a 3.0 cumulative undergraduate GPA required
  • Demonstrated leadership experience at work, on campus, and/or within the community with highly effective communication and presentation skills
  • Solid computer, analytical and problem-solving skills
