Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with experience in a professional office environment.
- Experience working in a law firm is a plus.

- Highly organized and capable of handling multiple projects at one time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to be a liaison between management and support staff
- Detail oriented and a self-starter
- Able to use firm resources to effectively manage responsibilities
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office
- Able to prioritize, plan, and execute high level projects
- Open to learn and embrace new skills, processes, and procedures as the position evolves
- Aptitude for learning new applications
- Able to maintain confidentiality
