MANAGER/LEADER FOR EVENING:
 
Managers at Chick-Fil-A are Leaders as well as being in charge in running the operation of the entire store while they are on duty. Managers are required to have excellent organizational and leadership skills in the decision making level because they will be responsible for managing more than fifteen employees at one time. Managers also need to ensure that all Team Members are following the food safety standards implemented by the company. They also need to complete minor duties such as filling out paperwork before the shift ends, counting and recording inventory of all the supplies, evaluating cash drawers, and also making bank deposits.

Causal and Fine dining experience a plus!

Probable spokesperson opportunities:
• Represent Teriyaki Experience at Chambers of Commerce and other community events.
• Marketing for Teriyaki Experience Restaurants
• Execute Marketing Programs.
• Prepare and implement mail outs.
• Soft sales Presentations.
• Assist Marketing Director in planning future Marketing efforts
• Host Raving Fan Parties and Spirit Nights
• Coupon Distribution
