MANAGER/LEADER FOR EVENING:
Managers at Chick-Fil-A are Leaders as well as being in charge in running
the operation of the entire store while they are on duty. Managers are
required to have excellent organizational and leadership skills in the
decision making level because they will be responsible for managing more
than fifteen employees at one time. Managers also need to ensure that all
Team Members are following the food safety standards implemented by the
company. They also need to complete minor duties such as filling out
paperwork before the shift ends, counting and recording inventory of all the
supplies, evaluating cash drawers, and also making bank deposits.
Causal and Fine dining experience a plus!

This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations
of approximately 50 employees in the Dry Grocery Shipping Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Focus on production quality, and safety standards.
Processing, proper startup, shutdown, and clean up of the assigned
area for the shift.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have recent supervisory experience in a production environment
Must be flexible, and have a strong ability to multitask
