MANAGER/LEADER FOR EVENING:
Managers at Chick-Fil-A are Leaders as well as being in charge in running
the operation of the entire store while they are on duty. Managers are
required to have excellent organizational and leadership skills in the
decision making level because they will be responsible for managing more
than fifteen employees at one time. Managers also need to ensure that all
Team Members are following the food safety standards implemented by the
company. They also need to complete minor duties such as filling out
paperwork before the shift ends, counting and recording inventory of all the
supplies, evaluating cash drawers, and also making bank deposits.
Causal and Fine dining experience a plus!

TEAM MEMBERS FOR ALL SHIFTS:
As a team member at Chick-Fil-A, duties and key responsibilities include
excellent customer service and courtesy. That is to give second mile
service. Team Members are also expected to utilize their knowledge of
positional skills, uphold and apply the companys health and safety
guidelines and they are also directed to follow all company policies and
operational procedures. Team Members also have to provide quality products
and services while advocating a safe and clean environment to make sure that
one hundred percent customer satisfaction is being provided. Team members
must also have strong and highly efficient customer service skills and a
positive attitude towards everything.
