The Spanish-English Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering incoming phone calls while providing a superior level of customer service and maximizing productivity.

Minimum Qualifications:
•High School Diploma or GED
•MUST BE BILINGUAL (ENGLISH-SPANISH)
•Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
•Must be flexible to work various shifts as business needs require
•Professional and team oriented attitude
•Prior stable work experience

Responsibilities:
•Answer customer calls and provide excellent customer service.
•Resolve customer service inquiries using established scripts to assist customer.
•Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls.
•Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
•Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs.
•Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new
  and sometimes complex computer system applications.
