INBOUND
SALES ASSOCIATES ARE REQUIRED TO HANDLE INCOMING CUSTOMER CALLS FROM THE
MIDWEST REGION AND RESOLVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS FROM THE CUSTOMER,
IN ADDITION, THEY
BUILD RAPPORT
WITH THE
CUSTOMER, OFFER
WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND INTRODUCE OTHER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES THAT
THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT CURRENTLY SUBSCRIBE TO. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT
LIMITED TO, PRODUCTS SUCH AS DTV, DSL, AND WIRELESS SERVICE.
ASSOCIATES WILL ANSWER ACCOUNT RELATED QUESTIONS AND/OR OFFER EXPLANATIONS
REGARDING BILLING/INVOICE CHARGES AND INQUIRIES.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, STRONG
SALES SKILLS, AND THE ABILITY TO MAKE SOUND JUDGMENT DECISIONS TO RESOLVE
CUSTOMER ISSUES. WEEKLY/MONTHLY QUOTAS ARE IN PLACE, AND ARE LINKED TO
A MONTHLY BONUS STRUCTURE.
$10.00/HR ($9/HR
