Assign work and monitor progress to keep production work flowing smoothly. Provide guidance and instructions to other sign makers. Set up and utilizes sign maker computer to produce custom signs and graphics. Marks, positions and applies letters to sign face. Gathers, lifts and carries inventory items such as reflective sheeting, aluminum blacks, plywood, tools and finished signs (etc.) when needed.
