Utilizing trench boxes and steel plates for shoring to ensure safety and stability during excavations. Following instructions and adhering to safety policies and procedures. Conducting routine pre-operational checks and performing minor maintenance on the equipment. Maintaining clear communication with site management and other crew members. Ensuring the safety of the crew, equipment, and environment. Reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints. Backfilling and compacting soil as needed.
